- The President & CFO reserves all rights to terminate any member, if the concern member has been accused under any gross social or legal allegation. This termination may be for a temporary period (if under inquiry or sub-judicial) or permanent, subject to the sole discretion of the President & CFO.
- No member can take any action or initiative by using the name of the organization directly or indirectly, without the written permission from the President & CFO.
